Things To Think About When Personalising Your Glass Award

Things To Think About When Personalising Your Glass Award
We have previously spoken about the fact that a glass award has to be personalised and bespoke to make the receiver understand the importance of the award that they have been given. By personalising your glass award you are making it unique and special, making the receiver feel unique and special – but there are some things you need to consider when personalising your glass award and we have listed some of these things below for you.
Character Restrictions on Glass Awards
When choosing your glass award, remember that some glass awards have more engraving space than others. If you have a large logo or branding you want displayed on the glass award make sure you choose a glass award with a large engraving space and likewise if you only want to put the award winners name, the award they have won and the date you could choose a glass award with a smaller engraving space.
Clear Logo for Glass Awards
You’ll need a clear and high quality copy of the logo to be engraved on the glass award, if you would like a logo or branding on the glass award. Ideally you’ll need an eps or ai file. If you have a jpg image that is fine but you may need to pay a small fee for this logo to be converted so it isn’t blurry when it is engraved on the glass award.
Time Limits for Glass Awards
If you need a glass award last minute then you may struggle having a detailed and indepth engraving on the glass award. A designer will need to design a personalisation for you to be engraved on the glass award and then you will need to approve it before the highly skilled engravers can put it onto your glass award. Of course here at Fen Regis Trophies we are lucky enough to have a team of in-house engravers but it can slow down the order by a day or two so try and order your personalised glass trophies in advance.

We have a wide selection of glass awards to suit all tastes and budgets, feel free to have a look through our website or give us a call directly to see how we can help you choose the best glass award or glass awards for your needs.
